Integrated Counselling, Training & Recovery Programs

Book Session

Counselling. Recovery. Organisations. Individuals.

My name is Jai Cheswick and I have been director of Cheswick Consultants since 2005.

We work with individuals and small businesses with 1 to 100 employees and offer compliant, confidential, compassionate services.

  • Counselling Services: Online. Text. Phone. Professional, confidential therapy to support mental health and emotional resilience.

  • Meditation and Mindfulness: Guided practices to reduce stress and enhance focus and productivity.

  • Gardens & Design : Understanding that gardens, their design and maintenance, are integral to the good health and mental well being of many clients.

  • Recovery Programs: In development since 1992, our unique recovery program accepts 3 participants monthly by interview and is designed for those needing a discipline-based alternative to passive recovery.

Counselling Services

Workplace counselling—whether inside or outside the workplace—supports employees' mental health by providing a confidential space to discuss challenges, reducing stress and burnout.

Accessible counselling shows employers' care, normalise seeking help, and break mental health stigma. This boosts resilience, team dynamics, productivity, and fosters a healthier, engaged workplace culture.

Employee Well Being

At Cheswick Consultants, we develop secure Employee Well Being Programs and tailored Employee Assistance Programs for SMEs.

We suggest offering discounted—not free—services to ensure quality support, avoiding the pitfalls of undervalued care.

Our focus includes early detection of bullying, addiction, and mental health issues, plus stigma-free drug and alcohol testing. Together, we create healthier, more supportive workplaces.

Recovery Program.

In development since 1992, our recovery program accepts 3 participants monthly by interview. Designed for those needing a discipline-based alternative to passive recovery:

  • Professionals in burnout: leaders needing a concentrated reset to restore focus and daily function.

  • Post-clinical graduates: medically stable after treatment but needing a bridge to prevent relapse.

  • Stalled young adults: individuals needing somatic, grounded support to regain independence and vocational direction.
